Fashion show venue with dramatic lighting
Our Story

20 Years of Expertise,
One Platform

The Fashion Week Blueprintwas born from a simple truth: producing a fashion show shouldn't require reinventing the wheel.

The Origin

Built from real production experience

Thomas McClure is the founder of Fashion Week Columbus and the Columbus Fashion Council — building one of the largest regional fashion weeks in the nation over 20 years. He currently serves as a board officer on the Miami Business Council, a board member of the Las Vegas Fashion Council, a planning committee member of Vegas Fashion Week, and a partner with Fashion Week Cincinnati.

The Fashion Week Blueprint is that entire body of knowledge — every system, template, budget, and process — extracted, systematized, and made accessible to any producer in any city.

“An event is something that happens. An institution is something that exists. An event depends on the energy of its founders. An institution depends on the systems those founders leave behind.”

The Problem

The learning curve is brutal

First-time fashion show producers underestimate AV costs by 2-3x. They start sponsor outreach too late. They don't know what a run-of-show document looks like. They juggle 10 different apps for contacts, budgets, documents, and email.

The Fashion Week Blueprint replaces all of that with a single platform built specifically for fashion show production. Not a generic project management tool adapted for events — a purpose-built system with fashion show production DNA in every feature.

The Book

The methodology, in print

"The Fashion Week Blueprint" is also a companion book — 21 chapters covering the vision, the system, and the future of fashion show production. The book teaches the methodology. The platform delivers the tools. Together, they form a complete ecosystem for fashion show producers.

Principles

What we believe

1

The methodology is the product.

The platform's value is the structured, sequenced process — not any individual document.

2

Reduce cognitive load.

Founders are often wearing every hat. The tool should guide rather than gatekeep.

3

Proactive, not reactive.

Budget warnings, timeline advice, and production tips surface before problems happen.

4

Built for every market.

Whether you're launching a regional fashion week or producing in New York, the tools scale to your market. The methodology adapts — the platform works everywhere.

5

No experience restrictions.

A first-time producer planning a 7-day fashion week gets the same tools as a veteran doing a single show.

6

Every creative is a small business.

Designers, models, stylists, photographers, makeup artists, hair professionals — the platform frames every creative professional as the small business they are.
